Steven is a seasoned professional with expertise in hospitality, fashion, and design arts. With years of experience in marketing, conceptual development, and hospitality, he helps clients achieve operational and brand success. Steven's sharp eye for front-of-house service and back-of-house systems, coupled with his marketing prowess and creative vision, enables him to guide clients in creating custom aesthetics, graphic designs, infrastructures, and standards that support a thriving business or concept.
During his career, Steven has played pivotal roles in some notable projects, including serving as a strategy and operations specialist for RealFood Hospitality.Strategy.Design, a premier consulting firm. He also helped the W Hotel gain recognition as a prominent nightlife destination and played a part in Trillium Brewing Company's ascent to becoming a top-rated brewery in the world. Moreover, he worked alongside James Beard Award nominee Philip Tang for the opening of an Asian gastropub.
Steven has worked for a diverse range of establishments and personalities across industries, from luxury private sports clubs, famous artists and athletes, to upscale tequila bars. This broad experience gives him a unique perspective on what's possible in the world of hospitality, branding, fashion, and beyond.
Additionally, Steven is a strong advocate for sustainable fashion practices and actively promotes the use of vintage clothing to reduce waste and minimize the carbon footprint of the fashion industry. Through his work with Atelier De Paix's in-house fashion label, Steven highlights the unique style and culture of New England and incorporates locally-sourced vintage clothing and fabrics into their designs when and as much as possible.

Alycia Morando is a dynamic brand strategist specializing in social media with a flair for strategic creativity and compelling storytelling. Drawing on her extensive background in digital marketing and brand management, Alycia leverages her expertise to craft captivating narratives and establish meaningful connections with audiences.
Having attended Lasell College's design and merchandising program, Alycia brings a unique blend of creative flair and strategic thinking to her role. Her journey in the industry includes working with esteemed companies such as Diesel Denim, along with serving as a Merchandising Executive for Target, among others.
With a passion for building brand identity and fostering engagement, Alycia utilizes her skills to elevate brands across various platforms. Her keen understanding of social media trends and consumer behavior allows her to develop tailored strategies that resonate with target demographics, driving brand visibility and loyalty.

Meet our youngest design prodigy, Sam! Sam has already embarked on an exciting journey into the world of design at Atelier De Paix. With a keen eye for colors, shapes, and creativity that knows no bounds, Sam is the not so pint-sized powerhouse behind some of our fun ideas such as integrating sweatshirt drawstrings into our t shirts etc.
When he's not busy bringing his imaginative ideas to life, Sam enjoys a variety of hobbies. You can find him casting lines and reeling in big catches while fishing, racing around on his bike, and passionately rooting for the Red Sox.
In addition to his design talents, Sam's love for adventure and sports adds an extra dimension of excitement to our team. He's the future of design, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have him on our team at Atelier de Paix!
