Steven brings 15+ years across hospitality, fashion, brand strategy, and experiential design. He has guided rebrands for boutique hotels and high-end restaurants, directed graphic identity for consumer brands, and overseen operational systems for multi-location ventures. Most notably having worked for RealFood Hospitality.Strategy.Design, W Hotels, and Trillium Brewing Company. At Atelier de Paix he ensures the team approaches each project with a partner mentality rather than client mentality which helps build collaborative transformations and concepts across client industries.
Brand & Social Strategy Lead
Alycia specializes in shaping voice, tone, and digital presence for lifestyle-driven brands. With experience at labels like Diesel Denim and in merchandising leadership at Target, she understands both aesthetics and audience behavior. At Atelier de Paix, she develops content strategy, manages cross-platform engagement, and ensures every narrative from launch campaign to product caption feels intentional, authentic, and deeply on-brand.
Design Intern & Emerging Creative
Sam supports the studio with graphic development, apparel concepts, and early-stage prototyping. Currently studying design, he brings fresh perspective and fast execution to the table jumping between sketching, layout building, and garment mockups with ease. Guided by the team, Sam is quickly evolving from intern to core creative contributor.
Studio Mascot & Chief Vibe Officer
Bentley the Chug (Chihuahua–Pug hybrid) oversees morale, break schedules, and unsolicited feedback on fabric softness. He can be found patrolling the studio, modeling sample hoodies, or providing emotional support during deadline sprints. All final projects pass the Bentley Vibe Check™ before release.
